Yes I know looking back it has been a crazy year,

A mixture of tasks achieved, mingled with a sense of loss,

The general atmosphere of fear being overall  the main cause. 

Bet you are as practical, self assured and cheerful as always,

 My memory of you ,with a glint of mischief in your eyes back in school days😄

But let's be grateful that thus far god has been to our families, kind,😇

We have here this set of happy friends who believe in a positive state of mind! 🥰

Hope you are using the break to enjoy family time of quality,

And are celebrating today with yummy goodies at high tea! 🥐🥯🥞🌮🍰

May today be all that you wanted it to be,

Next year, it will be even better,  just you wait and see! 🥳

 Dear Reej, many happy returns of the day dee! 

As I gaze in my crystal ball this then, is what I see! 

A helicopter ride above the spectacular valley of flowers,

Awakening the joy of nature and misty memories of past lovers! 😁

Posing in Holland amidst poppies and a Patel shot before a windmill,

In Italy, gazing at the ceiling of the Sistine chapel, munching pizza to fill! 

To roam amidst historic ruins of Rome and its cobbled streets to amble,

Selfies at the Grand canyon sunrise, heading then for LasVegas to gamble!! 

Back home, chilling at a resort on a soft sandy beach,

With a sturdy hammock, a riveting book and a glass of mom's red wine within reach! 

All this to pull off would take time but isn't so impossible a task,

And know how much more wonderful because we didn't have to wear a mask!! 

So that's when my crystal ball ran out of charge and blank went the screen,

But trust me, that dream of a future was of you looking the happiest I've ever seen!! 🥳💐🎂🍪🐝

By looking at your face I realised I wasnt the only one who didn't know anything at all! 🤣

Here I am, still wondering how I managed to pass,
